BIBI keeps household coordination focused and limited.

This Privacy Policy explains how BIBI: Home Tasks handles information for account access, household coordination, BIBI Access, support, and app reliability.

What BIBI is

BIBI helps an Admin coordinate daily household tasks with invited House Manager accounts. The Admin manages the home, tasks, routines, house rules, internal reminders, support requests, BIBI Access, and invite access. House Manager accounts use a limited task experience and do not manage billing.

Information BIBI may handle

Account information, such as an email address, sign-in identifier, and Firebase user ID.
Household membership and role information, including Admin and House Manager access state.
Household coordination content, such as tasks, routines, checklists, task events, home guide notes, house rules, missing item notes, and internal BIBI calendar reminders.
Admin-entered child routine notes used for household coordination.
Support and account deletion request information that a user chooses to send.
Subscription entitlement information for app-store purchase verification and account access when BIBI Access is used.
App diagnostics, crash, performance, and security signals if enabled to keep the app reliable and protected.

Services involved

BIBI uses Firebase services for authentication, database storage, server functions, app integrity, messaging, diagnostics, and related app operations where enabled. BIBI may process subscription entitlement information for app-store purchase verification when BIBI Access is used.

AI-assisted planning

When a user requests AI assistance, BIBI may send redacted household planning or support text through the BIBI backend and configured AI provider. AI assistance is limited to household organization, routine planning, and support. Suggestions require Admin review before saving, and users can report or flag an answer inside BIBI.

BIBI does not provide medical, legal, employment, payroll, salary, wage, surveillance, punishment, GPS, document, passport, identity, biometric, or child-identity advice through AI. For AI-related deletion or privacy questions, contact support@bibiapp.org.

Payroll and salary records

Payroll and salary record features are not available in the current BIBI release. BIBI does not collect or manage payroll records, salary amounts, wage histories, payment status, bank transfers, payroll taxes, legal payroll filings, automatic deductions, penalties, or wage enforcement.

What BIBI does not collect

BIBI does not collect passports, national IDs, fingerprints, biometrics, document vault data, GPS tracking, hidden surveillance, WhatsApp or device monitoring, audio monitoring, automatic penalty data, or punitive negligence scoring.

House Manager accounts and billing

House Manager accounts do not pay for BIBI, do not see subscription purchase controls, and do not manage Admin billing. BIBI Access subscription access is managed by the Admin account through the app store.

Children and household safety

BIBI is not directed to children. Child routine notes are Admin-entered household coordination notes and are not child accounts, medical records, diagnosis, or emergency-care data. BIBI is not a medical advice product and should not be used for medical diagnosis, dosage recommendations, or emergency care decisions.

No sale or advertising tracking

BIBI does not sell personal data. BIBI does not track users across apps and websites for advertising.

Account deletion and data choices

Users can start an account deletion request from inside BIBI by opening More, choosing Delete account, and confirming the request. Users can also contact support. Shared household records may need review before deletion or anonymization so Admin and House Manager access, household history, security, and legal obligations can be handled correctly.
