How to contact BIBI

Email support@bibiapp.org from the email address used for BIBI. Include your role in the household, such as Admin or House Manager, and the request you want help with.

Choices users may request

• Account deletion request support.
• Questions about household task, support, or subscription entitlement records.
• Privacy questions about app diagnostics and account data.
• Questions about redacted AI planning/support prompts, responses, or reports when AI assistance is used.
• Corrections to account or household membership information.

Verification

BIBI may verify the request before making changes. This protects household records and prevents unauthorized changes to Admin or House Manager accounts.

AI-related requests

If you used AI-assisted planning or support, include that context in your request. BIBI may review linked AI response or report records for safety and support handling. Ask support to review or delete AI-related records where applicable.
